Description:   Chinese Duan stone ink grinder, carved with a dragon among clouds. It has the original hardwood case.

Dating:  19th century

Size:  15 cm by 9.8 cm

Provenance:  Antiquarian market

References:

Notes:  There is a line of clear color tone crossing the stone, visible on both sides, which looks like a restored crack. That is actually a vein in the stone.
